Cathryn Dwyre, Vice President of Corporate Development
Cathryn Dwyre has worked with technology organizations for more than eight years. Prior to joining GridApp Systems, Ms. Dwyre served as the Director of Human Resources at Register.com, where she was responsible for all aspects of building the company from 20 to over 150 personnel during one of the tightest labor markets of recent history. Cathryn has an expertise in rapid strategic growth, fundraising, corporate governance, equity granting practice, compensation, performance management, and executive search.
Cathryn Dwyre has alternately served as the Vice President of Operations for Little Bear Investments, a boutique investment and venture capital firm. Prior to her engagement in the financial world, Ms. Dwyre spent several years working in fine arts, producing a broad portfolio of photography. She also spent several years buying and selling rare books as well as completing a tour of duty with the U.S. Geological Survey.
Cathryn Dwyre graduated from Colgate University in May of 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Philosophy.
