Kent Jarvi, Chief Financial Officer
Kent Jarvi brings more than 20 years experience in formulating business strategies and managing finance and administration for a variety of venture-backed technology companies. Kent has successfully led several companies through profitable growth, capital acquisition, and liquidity events.
Prior to joining GridApp Systems, Kent served as the CFO at the following companies: IGA Worldwide, Inc., an in-game advertising company; Ejasent, Inc., a software company providing utility computing solutions to enterprise data centers; Driveway Corporation, a software and services company providing online file management and storage solutions to online businesses and service providers; Fabrik Communications, an e-mail outsourcing services company; Optimal Networks, an enterprise software tools company; AirSoft, a software company providing remote access software to enterprises; and XA Systems Corporation, a provider of enterprise engineering development software, which he co-founded.
Kent started his career at Arthur Andersen Consulting after graduating from Michigan State University with an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Business.
