GridApp Systems Appoints New Vice President of Sales to Foster Continued Growth
Mike Leeolou Brings Over 25 Years Experience to Leading Database Automation Company
NEW YORK – December 6, 2006 – GridApp Systems, Inc. (www.gridapp.com), the leading provider of database automation software and solutions, today announced the appointment of Mike Leeolou as Vice President of Sales. Widely recognized for leading the growth of new product and professional services sales at CA, Inc., Leeolou will head GridApp’s national sales organization to aggressively expand the customer base and serve as a key strategic leader. Mr. Leeolou reports directly to GridApp Systems’ President and CEO, Rob Gardos, and is also a member of GridApp’s Executive Team.

Leeolou brings more than 25 years of enterprise sales and executive management experience to GridApp Systems. Prior to serving as Vice President of Sales and Operations at CA, Inc., where he was instrumental in re-structuring the company’s Customer Relations Organization and assisted in negotiating multi-million dollar ELAs and subscription-based revenue models, he was Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing for Graphnet Inc., a provider of integrated data messaging technology and services. There, he managed a national sales organization and successfully completed complex sales to Fortune 100 companies. Before Graphnet, Mr. Leeolou held several senior-level sales management positions with InterAct Marketing, overseeing 125-plus employees in 32 states and holding budgetary responsibilities of over $28 million.
